Hi,

I`m Ryan, a final year mathematics PhD student whose research focuses on Functional Analysis.

I am now offering my tuition to A-level students preparing for their STEP examination or the Oxford MAT test. These exams often require students to apply their problem solving ability. Problem solving skills are not typically developed through A-level courses, and so often A-level mathematics teachers do not have the right background to prepare students for these challenging exams. With my vast teaching experience both in universities and to A-level students, I am well equipped to allow students to reach their full potential when sitting these exams.

I am also offering my tuition for any degree level courses in the fields relating to algebra and analysis.

I am passionate about teaching mathematics and I have over 7 years teaching experience across many different settings.

My role as tutor for these courses was to lead a class each week and give feedback on a weekly or biweekly problem sheet.

During the summer of 2017 I taught English at a Foreign Languages School in China.
