I have 22 years experience as a successful teacher and Head of Languages, and have successfully taught GCSE French and Spanish in that time.
I have taught pupils of all abilities from 11 - 16 years of age and am experienced in developing intervention programmes to help each pupil achieve his/ her best.
As you would expect I have a good sense of humour and the ability to explain things and to teach grammar and vocabulary in many different ways.
During my time in the classroom I guided many pupils to top grades in their GCSE French and Spanish and as a tutor I love building confidence and seeing pupils go from strength to strength.
I have experience as a GCSE examiner which gives me excellent insight into the skills needed to achieve good grades.

Sarah provided excellent Spanish tuition for my son. Sarah created a supportive and encouraging enviroment where he was able to raise his Spanish langauage skills with tailored one to one teaching. It was great to see his confidence grow with Sarah`s skillful tuition. He has now successfully secured his Spanish GCSE. Thank you Sarah!

Sarah is helping my son with Spanish. She has checked the topics that he is studying and is helping with his vocabulary and speaking practice. She explains things to him well.
