Information about Florian
Prior to teaching in a secondary school for more than ten years, I have studied at Bristol University and completed a PhD at York University. I am currently completing a BA with the Open University in Humanities with Philosophy. I am a native speaker of German.
Availability: I am available Monday to Friday evenings and at the weekend.

Experience: I have more than ten years of experience of teaching in a secondary school.
I have taught science at KS3, KS4 and KS5, with specialisms in Chemistry and Physics.
In addition, I have taught and tutored undergraduate students at university level, including students from a wide variety of backgrounds.
In teaching, as well as tutoring, I utilise the specifications from the exam boards, past papers and examiner reports, in addition to a wide range of materials. On request, I produce an overview of the topics covered and the progress made.

My son really enjoys his lessons with Florian and is constantly amazed by his subject knowledge as well as his engaging way of teaching. Florian is one of those passionate, inspirational teachers there are not enough of and that I wish I`d had when I was at school!
