I’ve been a French teacher specialising in KS3 and KS4 delivery for 7 years. Within my school I am also the Careers Leader and homework coordinator and it’s in this second role that I have good experience of what works (and doesn’t) from a home learning point of view. This will be valuable for my tutoring sessions.

Availability: With the school term starting soon in September my availability will be limited to weekday evenings after 5pm. Weekend timings are negotiable.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: I have taught French in an inner city Birmingham school for 7 years. Learning languages aren’t the most prioritised subject therefore I ensure that my lessons are engaging and constantly varied as well as working on developing the personal well-being of the students alongside their academic progress.

I hold revision and catch up sessions within my school regularly therefore I am used to smaller groups and how to ensure that the child is constantly on task and making improvements in their learning.
