I am an online tutor based in the north-east of England. Having worked in secondary education for 25 years, I now work as a tutor and supply teacher. In addition to providing tuition, I spend a lot of time in the hills pursuing my hobby of landscape photography.

Experience: I am a teacher of 25 years and have taught in both mainstream secondary schools and alternative education. I specialise in Maths, English, Spanish and French and have been a safeguarding and pastoral lead for over 10 years. This has allowed me to develop a unique set of skills which have helped me to deliver highly personalised tutoring to students aged between 3 and 35 years, with a wide range of abilities and individual needs. I am able to quickly develop a rapport with my students to ensure they feel at ease in order for them to benefit as much as possible from each session. I moved from in-person tutoring to online learning as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and ensured that all my students were at ease with the transition and continued to enjoy and achieve their potential in each session.
