Fully qualified Geography teacher with experience in several local comprehensive schools and currently working in a Special Educational Needs school (which is Primary and Secondary inclusive).
I have taught both GCSE and A Level Geography syllabuses, History and RE to Key Stage 3 and have experience of working with the 11+.

Experience: - PGCE (Masters/Level 7) in Secondary Geography from Colchester Teacher Training Consortium in association with the University of Greenwich.
- Taught both GCSE and A Level Geography at Thurstable School and Sixth Form College and GCSE Geography at Thomas Lord Audley School.
- Taught History and RE to Key Stage 3 pupils at Thurstable School.
- Experience in 11+ exams.

My daughter enjoys Katie’s tutoring, I sometimes hear them discussing the subject, their knowledge, their interests in the subject, and the lesson sounds interesting. Katie takes time to listen even about topics not related to the work they are doing. My daughter’s feedback is she has gained a better understanding of the subject and also with her written work and confidence. I would highly recommend Katie she is very reliable, friendly and patient.
