Hello!

My name is Sebastian, I am a French-born British citizen who works as a qualified History and French teacher in a school not far from Reading. I was born and raised in France near Dunkirk before moving to the UK at the age of 24 to complete my undergrad in Business with History as a minor. I then trained with Weydon School as part of a school-direct scheme in association with Sussex University as an MFL teacher and graduated with both PGCE and QTS status in 2018. I have been working in a successful public school since.

Availability: I am available from 6pm from Monday to Friday and from 10 to 12 on Saturday morning.

Experience: I went through the School Direct scheme delivered by Weydon School (Farnham) in 2018 before moving to Reading and working for a multi-academy trust established in the South-East of England.

I have been teaching French at both KS3 and KS4 levels, using AQA as the exam board, since 2018. I have also been teaching History at KS3 since 2019 before teaching at KS4 since 2023. I am also involved with examining the Health and Medicine Through the Ages GCSE paper (WJEC/Eduqas exam board).
