I am offering one-to-one tutoring in any essay-based subject at GCSE or A-Level and can assist especially with English (Literature and Language), History, RS, Politics and Law. Having successfully graduated from Cambridge I am also well suited to guiding students through the UCAS applications process, writing personal statements, and preparing for Oxbridge interviews & additional tests.

I am an affable, organised, and attentive tutor with a patient attitude and a friendly peer-to-peer approach to helping students. Since my school days I have been involved in student mentoring projects and I continued to offer support and advice at an elected level at University, as a welfare rep and later Vice President of my college undergraduate body.

The key to supporting students with essay subjects is an attention to detail and the ability to discuss and support their ideas, helping them to develop their understanding of the subject in greater depth. I have been producing high quality written work as a student throughout my school career and the supervision teaching model at Cambridge in particular has honed my ability to review and improve essays to the highest standards.

Availability: Available for weekday after school & evening sessions, and weekend day sessions, online or in person - I can travel in the Hertfordshire and North London area.

Experience: I have been offering private tuition to students since I began my A Levels in 2014, and continued to do so throughout my university career. I have been involved in peer-to-peer mentoring schemes and acted as a welfare officer in my college.
