Hello, I’m Jenny. I have been teaching in secondary schools since 2010. Thanks for looking at my profile.

I specialise in German and Spanish, at KS3, GCSE and A Level.

I can support you to improve your speaking, writing, reading and listening skills.

I can work with you to improve your understanding of grammatical concepts, so that your language becomes more accurate.

I can help you practise translation skills both from and into the target language.

I examine for the AQA board (GCSE speaking and writing examinations).

I can also offer more generalised exam preparation support and provide feedback on UCAS Personal Statements and interview technique.

I am here to support you with all aspects of your learning and will work alongside you to help you reach your goals.

In my spare time I enjoy exploring the outdoors with my husband and our young children.

Experience: - 12 years working as a Languages teacher at secondary level
- current KS3, KS4 and KS5 experience in both German and Spanish
- AQA examiner (GCSE German)
- Master’s level qualifications in both languages and Psychology of Education
