As a result of the ongoing Covid-19 crisis, I am now offering all lessons over online video chat platforms such as Skype, Zoom, Whatsapp and Messenger.

I am a composer and pianist with a desire to teach and inspire anyone who wishes to learn piano, composition or music theory. I am also able to teach use of Sibelius up to a high standard. In my spare time I enjoy playing sports, reading books, going on walks and socialising with friends.

I am available every evening of the week from 6:30 and will soon be available all day from around May. I am offering piano lessons at a rate of £35 per hour or £20 for half an hour

Experience: I am highly a highly experienced musical educator as will be detailed below.

Since graduating from Newcastle University in 2014, I became involved in teaching music at a local secondary school. My duties at this school included planning lessons for classes on a weekly basis as well as planning and supervising extra-curricular musical activities. I also gave weekly piano lessons to some of the students at the school. and worked from home giving piano and music theory lessons to a number of pupils whose ages ranged from 6-14. I now teach piano at a primary school in London where I have over 25 students. When I am not performing my piano teaching duties, I work as a teaching assistant in the same school so I have plenty of experience working with young children. I am also able and willing to work with adults as well.
