I am an enthusiastic and experienced secondary school English teacher with over 13 years experience of teaching English across the ability range at KS2,KS3, KS4 and A-level at an inner London comprehensive school. QTS qualified and DBS checked.

I have experience of preparing students for 11+ entrance exams for competitive schools e.g. St Paul’s School for Boys, Kingston Grammar School and Dulwich College with great success.

Over the years, my GCSE and A-level results have been consistently high which demonstrate my commitment and enthusiasm for teaching both English language and literature. My students exceed their targets and perform above the national standards, many of them achieving levels 8 and 9 at GCSE levels and As at A-level.

I employ a variety of teaching styles with students.

Having just recently moved to the area, I would like to continue interacting with students both 1-2-1 or in smaller groups as being a teacher is my life passion.

I would prefer to teach at home but I would be keen to compromise and travel a short distance.

Availability: I am available at the weekend and would prefer the mornings.
