I am a confident, caring, energetic, motivated and highly dynamic individual with tremendous enthusiasm and passion for teaching and supporting students within the educational sector. I have a strong academic background with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business and Management. I have also obtained an A level qualification in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. I am able to teach Mathematics, Sciences, Business, Economics and General Studies.

I am keen about offering excellent teaching which involves setting lessons with deep and powerful objectives, which would reflect the knowledge and understanding of the concepts my students would be expected to take away from the lessons, in reaching their full potential within the study of the particular subject.

Furthermore, I am also very quick thinking and able to adapt to a quick changing environment. I pay great attention to detail and have the ability to work independently. I have excellent analytical, problem solving and presentation skills, which would be demonstrated in my ability to carefully create, prepare and present lesson plans and objectives.

In addition, I am expert in completing demanding assignments within crucial timelines. I am also highly articulate, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills, strong management skills and methodical aptitude with an innate ability in decision-making, coordinating and synthesize data.

Experience: Teaching the youth group of my local church on Sundays provides an avenue aimed at encouraging young people to learn, interact and discuss on crucial topics relating to morals, values, improving their community and becoming positive roles models. I have also had to create lesson plans and prepare teachings notes in line with the lesson guidelines. I have taught students of varied ages, ranging from children, teenagers, youths and occasionally young adults depending on the assigned class. I also answer questions on topics that require further clarifications and been involved in providing private tutoring to young people preparing for their GCSE`s.
This teaching role has helped the development of my professional working skills, including my interpersonal, relational and empathetic skills among many others. I have also improved my planning, assessment and monitoring skills. I have gained tremendous delight from seeing my students grow in knowledge and understanding as well as seeing them develop into intelligent and responsible young adults able to lead their own lives and able to make the best decisions for themselves regarding the future.

My passion for teaching is demonstrated through many activities I have been involved in, from the paired reading scheme I engaged in at sixth form to the Sunday school programme I have been involved in at my local church. The paired reading scheme involved helping younger students in year seven struggling with their vocabulary skills to significantly improve within this area. This was achieved by reading alongside a student on a weekly basis.
This scheme greatly helped to develop my interpersonal and relational skills as I learnt to be patient and diligent in helping in bringing up the reading pace and vocabulary level of students requiring one-on-one support and assistance on a consistent basis. This also helped me in discovering the tremendous fulfilment which came from offering highly invaluable support and assistance to them. I have also been greatly delighted to seeing them improve and honing their reading and vocabulary skills.
