Academic Qualifications:
I am from Spain, born in 1964, and I was educated there. I followed a system similar to the IB syllabus.
I completed my primary, secondary and pre-university education (called BUP) in the same centre, Colegio Inmaculada de Gijón (Asturias, Spain) (1970-1982)
I completed a degree in Philosophy and Educational Sciences (5 years) in The University of Salamanca (Spain) (1982-1987)
I completed the CAP (equivalent to the NQT) (1987)
In 1988 I completed my year of Military Service (grade Corporal), which was, at that time, compulsory in Spain.
I studied 2 years of Laws in the UNED (Open University). (1988-1989)
I completed a MBA (Master Business Administration) at Universidad de Oviedo (Asturias).(1989-1990)

Saturday morning before 11:00

Experience: Although I taught Philosophy for a year in a school of Salamanca (in order to complete my CAP), I have developed my career as a teacher here in England.
I have worked for a private school from 2005 till present time. I am currently working as a teacher of Spanish full time. I am also the CAS Coordinator. I teach from Year 7 till Year 13, being the teacher responsible for successfully preparing students for their IGCSE and IB exams. I used to teach French but now I am fully dedicated to Spanish.
