Being a musician and a private music teacher, I am looking to expand my teaching of violin or viola. I have experience working as a professional viola player going from solo to chamber and orchestra although I specialize in chamber music.

I am currently working as a private violin/viola teacher and am also working as a swimming instructor for children and adults. This experience made me develop the skills necessary to have good contact with children, get their trust and inspire them through their own achievements to learn more.
I learned to play in France with a very traditional method combining solfège (music theory) and practical instrumental learning. This has given me a different approach to teaching as I convey a combination of both in my lessons. It is essential for each student to develop the theoretical skills as well as instrumental ones in order to make reading and playing music as fluent as possible.

During my university studies, I studied with a teacher with Austro-Hungarian technique which gave me the technical and musical knowledge to be a competent performer. That combined technical simple studies-in order to develop muscle strength, memory and precision- with more advance studies that pushed my playing to a higher level.
