Experience: My lessons are structured based on the needs of the students that i am teaching. I believe in making my lessons as relatable as possible so that my students can have a better understanding of the subject. This means teaching beyond the curriculum by looking at current events or successful business models and beyond. This way of teaching allows the students to fully grasp the concept of what business studies are so that they can apply it not in their studies but also in their careers. I pride myself on having a consistently high pass rate which is achieved through encouragement and understanding the strengths and areas for development for each young person.
