I am a widely experienced and patient tutor with a friendly approach to tuition. With over 5 years of teaching experience and 6 years of private tutoring, I have created a system where my first tutoring session focuses on the pupil to identify areas of difficulty, I then create unique customised sessions to help build (often much needed) confidence in the subject in order to improve attainment.
A speciality of mine includes focus on examination techniques. This includes working through past papers and exam-style questions to enable the student to provide model answers and perform their best under pressure. Through the use of such techniques my students have always performed very well and they have achieved their desired grades.
Outside of private tutoring, I am a full time Biology teacher at Woodhouse College. I have experience with most exam boards including AQA, OCR and Edexcel. Currently I my main focus is A level Biology although.

Availability: Available Saturday and Sunday 8am to 7.30pm and Monday to Friday from 4.30pm to 8pm
