Information about Pavneet
Having successfully completed my A-level study at Langley Grammar School I have a great understanding of the academic pressures faced by students in an education system that is constantly changing and becoming increasingly challenging. I`ve graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London with a degree in Mathematics and Statistics. I also have key experience in tutoring KS3, GCSE and A-level mathematics.
I have enjoyed helping students from a variety of educational backgrounds achieve their desired grades at GCSE and A-level. Not only do I aim to improve grades, I like to mentor and guide my students so they are able to gain confidence and a more positive outlook on their studies. Furthermore, I provide advice on coping with stress, time management and organisation, UCAS applications as well as revision tips and techniques. I am also able to recommend methods to help students to focus during exams and prevent panic. I believe these aspects are not to be overlooked as they too can have a large impact on the final grade as well as the welfare of students.
In light of this, I welcome regular feedback from both students and parents to ensure that my students feel comfortable and benefit from every lesson.

Experience: Mathematics has been my favourite subject from as early as primary school. Over the years I have developed a passion for mathematics and its applications to the real world. This fascination has inspired me to share my interest with others and so my tuition experience started in Year 7 where I enjoyed helping my peers with challenging problems. Since then, I have successfully helped numerous students to attain A/A* grades in their exams.
I feel that my experience of public exams throughout my secondary school life has enabled me to provide key knowledge and advice. I successfully passed my 11+ examinations for the Slough consortium schools and have since achieved high grades in my GCSEs and A-levels. In addition, I have passed exams and prepared my students for all exam boards.
Aside from my academics, I like to regularly volunteer as assistant coach at my Mixed Martial Arts club and have also completed the Sports Leaders National Award. Both experiences have required me to work with students of a variety of ages and abilities.
