- Graduated from Cambridge University with a Masters in Natural Sciences (Physics).
- Qualified teacher with 11+ years of experience teaching A-level Physics and GCSE Physics.
- Currently working as Head of Physics at two secondary schools and Lead Physics teacher for 10+ schools.
- Academic year 2023/2034:
At the moment i`m mainly offering small group lessons (5 students max ,Y12 and Y13 Physics only, weekend mornings). Students are sent 4 to 5 videos to watch before the lessons and during the lessons students attempt exam style questions and get feedback. Spaces are limited so please get in touch early in the academic year to secure a spot or join a waiting list. Y13 students can also sign up to the Y12 class for revision.
Availability: Weekends and Afterschool.

Experience: I have a track record of helping student attain or exceed their target grades. Currently i specalise in physics only but i`ve been tutoring students in maths and science for approximately 11 years.
As well as providing academic support, I help students with university applications for STEM subjects. This invovles organising work experience, writing personal statements, preparing for enterance exams (ENGAA, NSAA and PAT) and interview practice.

Ragavan is very good tutor. His lessons are really helpfull. After a few hour`s lessons with him, my son feel much more confident with his physics A level learning. Highly recommended.

Ragavan was teaching my son for his A-Level. He is very organised and well-prepared .He sends some links to videos related to the topic for the student to go through during the week and works on the past paper questions related to the topic during the session. He was also emailing the session’s feedback to parents after that. I recommend him totally.

Ragavan is an excellent and knowledgeable tutor. His teaching methods are precise and my son understands his explanations clearly. He works through examples and exams questions in order for him to understand and feel comfortable about exam techniques. I highly recommend him.

Mr Ragavan is an exceptional tutor. He has provided additional question packs resources to work on. When we were in need of supplementary lessons, Mr Ragavan was able to rearrange his diary to fit us in. Mr Ragavan allowed my child to attend class revision lessons during essential exam times. My child’s confidence, understanding and knowledge of Physics has increased and solidified. We thank Mr Ragavan for this and we would highly recommend him.
