The working environment now is experiencing bigger changes than ever before; people in the workforce usually have a bachelor degree, if not higher. The world is experiencing something called the qualification inflation; where a job which doesnt required a degree still flooded with degree holders` applications, it is a result of the low supply in job market hence the demand for jobs becomes excessive. For people who don`t speak English as their first language, most Universities require you to have the IELTS result as a proof of your English Level. I will be here giving some tips to all IETLS applicants how to tackle the Exam in the most effective way. Writing: remember different phrase for descri ption and comparison, e.g. rise, plummet, rocketed, steep, dramatically, steady. Listening: Read the question well before the listening starts so you can familiarized yourself with the content. Speaking: speak slowly and confidently, it`s not easy to speak to the examiner which is a local speak, especially it`s in exam situation. Comprehension: there`s a saying and it`s always right - practice makes perfect, practise more. And one important thing, eat breakfast and sleep well the night before. Language is not something you can improve dramatically in one night.
