Age is one of the biggest excuses people make when it comes to learning new computer skills. There seems to be a belief that the older you become the less able you are to learn new things. This is big fallacy numero uno. Learning is, and has been a life long journey, and does not stop at a certain age. Sickness can affect someone's learning potential, but this is not an age specific problem, and can happen to any person, no matter the age. There has never been any evidence to show, that a person of 70 is less able to learn something new than a person of 17 years. The teaching methods of different age groups may change, but the principles remain the same.

Note: Winston Church hill became the prime minister of the United Kingdom at 65 years of age, and led Britain into courageous victory.
