The Great Last Venetian School Of Painting

Venice is well know for her Old Masters such Bellini,Veronese or Canaletto, but after the half of XIXth century till the WWI there was as well the great artists from the "Realismo Veneto". Among the others Favretto, Ciardi or Tito. This artistic movement had his inspiration from the social and daily life of Venice and her region. Farmers, fishermen, gondoliers and beauty girls was living on vivid paintings, touched by fresh strokes of brushes. Not less than Sargent the painting quality was near the perfection, as well more impressionist than in Paris, the "Verismo Veneto" continuing the great Venetian tradition. Due the complicate political question of Italian unity and his wars and cultural divisions this part of art history is less know, I`m proud to be carry ahead her legacy throught the XX century to nowadays. I`m glad, consistent with the Verismo philosophy, to teach at all people, from all skill level, to use the painting to watching the reality and unveil her soul.
