What Is The Present Tense ?

The present tense is what is happening now. Like, I eat, I am eating and I do eat . To form the present tense in Spanish, you take the infinitive of the verb. ( the infinitive is the to do bit so... to eat is Comer in Spanish. You cross off the last 2 letters ( er) and then add the correct ending for the person you want to talk about !

E.g the ending for I is an O in Spanish so I eat = Como ..... there is a different ending for each person who you want to talk about.
