No doubt, Struggling for something that is advantageous for society and then achieving it is highly appreciable. Appreciation is what our inside claims after an achievement. Being paid monetary distinguished is one of its forms. Assuming society to be confined in an ellipse, these people locating at or near apoapsis are enjoying superior economic status. In this ellipse the occupied focus refers to middle class in society while at periapsis only the basic necessities are available. Concept of very high salaries has now succeeded to introduce not only an eccentricity closer to one which is inappropriate, but also has reduced the proportion of people in between occupied focus and apoapsis. Whenever there exists gap of this type, society welcomes Gradual Complex. The situation suggests a tool to measure difficulty of the job and role of final product towards the betterment of society as a whole and then to decide distribution of revenue within society. Where there is need to reduce the eccentricity of ellipse, there is also an equal amount of need to drag occupied focus towards the empty focus not the vice versa as the chances are to decline monetary status at apogee's end. Reducing eccentricity will cause to have increased proportion of people in between occupied focus and apogee. Later will draw attention to upgrade the economic status of middle class. In short, apart from the benefits the apogee residents provide the society with, this strategy is more convincing towards public reaping benefits.
