Hi, I’m new to uni and just did bacterial growth curves for E. coli over 48 hr of incubation. I wanted to know that the first day I got 0.01 and 0.1 like absorbable I’m spectrophotometer but on third day I got 0.413 like that.. are my reading correct ?

As a scientist, you need to check your methods, how many bacterial dishes did you prepare and how many did you carry the bacterial growth on. You need to have done more than 3 dishes to overcome he possibility of random error in your experiment. If readings are similar then your should be confident in your results. Check your method for any systematic errors.
