What is the title of the project? I am guessing that crime rates in the Favelas has increased and the fact that broadcasting during the Olympics only showed the wealthy part of Rio adds to the view that life in the Favelas is one of extreme poverty and violence. In many respects, the Olympics could have brought money and tourism to the area, but this money would not have gone into improving living conditions within the Favelas and would instead have gone to corrupt government officials. I hope this is what you are looking for.
