I am a qualified teacher with 23 years` experience of teaching maths across all 5 key stages. I have been head of maths and have taught at local independent schools and a top Surrey grammar school. Outside of school have tutored over 100 students from aged 6 to 18.
I very much enjoy helping to build pupil confidence, improving attainment and preparing them for examinations at all levels. I have a warm, friendly nature, and want my pupils to enjoy their sessions as well as benefiting from them.

Availability: I have limited availability for after school lessons (4pm or 4.45pm), and am also taking bookings for summer holiday sessions. In addition, I am now available to teach home schooled students.

I am very happy to tutor online as well as face-to-face.

Experience: I have tutored students in key stages 1-5, preparing for SATSs, 11+, school entrance examinations, scholarships, GCSEs and A levels. I addition to tutoring mathematics, I have several years’ experiences of tutoring verbal- and non-verbal reasoning, as well as the English component of the 11+ examinations.
