Every student is different and it is important to spend a little bit of time working out the best approach, setting your goals in the earlier sessions and then setting out steps in order to attain your goals.

Since I've just finished University I'm still in that frame of mind to work and I know how and what children, and students, are thinking and what they think about school and homework and I know it's not an easy task to motivate them but I believe I am more relatable to children and students because of my age.

I think I would be a great help and more than just another boring 'teacher' for the students, more like a friend and a role model. I would be able to tell them my experiences of school all the way up to, and how to get to, University and what it is they would have to do in order to get there. I'm a down-to-earth, hard-working, honest, motivated and a patient, young individual who would like to help you.

As I have my own child, I also know what is expected by parents from a teacher.

Experience: I love children and teenagers and working with them and I have also been a peer mentor and further education ambassador, working with young people and encouraging them to consider further education.

All my experiences have helped me to work better and to understand people more and to treat them as individuals rather than groups like some teachers who don't pay attention to the students who aren't the high flyers in the class.

Even though I have not got a teaching qualification, therefore reflected in my prices, I believe I am more relatable to students as I have got siblings who I used to teach and motivate and I know the problems that arise and the need to focus and the need to understand the concepts rather than learning them off by heart. I have been described as a 'natural teacher' and my talents lie in reducing seemingly complex topics and explaining them in simple terms. I will use any example to demonstrate a point!

I also know education can be thought of as boring but my education I believe was fun and I enjoyed it and I would like other children and students to think of education as fun and not just as a chore and enjoy getting up in the morning and going to school.
