I have been a private tutor for 3 years, specialising in Maths, English and Food Technology to A-Level. I have undergone work experience at John Hampden Grammar School, working with classes from year 7 – 10. I was also given the role of an Academic Classroom assistant whilst in year 12, a responsibility where I tutor students who are academically struggling in Maths.

Experience: Throughout my time at Wycombe High School, I tutored many students who found maths quite challenging. I was able to relate to their difficulty of grasping new concepts so soon before their summer examinations. This was due to the fact that I was in the lower set for maths when taking my GCSE. I became aware that I wanted to pursue maths as a career, and through my hard resolve and keenness, I was able to achieve an A*, which was ranked fourth highest in my school. In encouraging and relating to the students, I was able to help them comprehend concepts in the way that I did when I took my GCSE.
I am currently tutoring students within high wycombe, but also around the country via online courses which I run.
