Hello, my name is Mark and i'm a geographer through to the core! I studied Geography at the University Edinburgh which set my passion alight for the subject. My studies were supplemented by studying for my PGCE at Masters Level through the University of Oxford. It was during this period that i learnt that while it was often straight forward enough to help the pupils to share my love of the subject, each pupil was unique in how they developed their own understanding of the world around them.

I am extremely flexible with each individual's needs, so feel free to get in touch and we can discuss how to release your child's inner geographer!

Availability: Available during weekday evenings and weekends

Willing to travel: 20 miles

Experience: I have experience teaching AQA A GCSE Geography, EDEXCEL ICGSE Geography, and OCR A Level Geography. I have marked as an external examiner for the exam board, so i am well versed in the specific aspects of the new syllabus! (first exam in June 2011)

Qualifications: I graduated from The University of Edinburgh, BSc (Hons) Geography 2:1 in 2006, and took my PGCE Training at the University of Oxford
