I have taken early retirement after over 30 years in the university sector. As well as tutoring undergraduates, I have used mathematics and electronics in my research activities(initially astrophysics and latterly microscopy of composite materials).
Although I am, no doubt, old enough to be your grandfather, I am sure that I can help you sort out any problems you may be having with your maths, physics or electronics.
Availability: Very flexible - evenings or weekends at the moment, but anytime of day will be possible from January 2009.
