I am a 20 year old currently in my first year studying Finance, Accounting and Management at The University of Nottingham. I am very passionate about Maths and Economics and have won many awards as a result, ranging from Bronze, Silver and Gold certificates in the national Maths Challenge to representing my school at the Bank of England's 'Target 2.0' competition. I have studied Maths, Economics and Philosophy at 'A' Level, gaining A grades in all 3 subjects. In these examinations I also achieved an average of 90% in Economics (as well as full marks in 2 modules) and 90% in Maths. At GCSE I also achieved an average of 95% in my Maths examinations.

Experience: I have been tutoring for 1 year privately, whilst on my gap year, as well as at a tuition centre and therefore feel extremely confident with my teaching methods. I have gained a lot of experience over the past year, in particular learning different methods by which children learn and tailoring your teaching style to suit each child. During this time I have privately tutored approximately 25 children for varying amounts of time: some intensely for a few weeks before important exams and others at a slower pace for longer periods of time.Last year out of 8 students I tutored in AS Level Economics 6 received an A grade.

I have tutored many children in preperation for 7+ as well as the 11+ entrance exams at a range of schools. I specialise not only in entrance exam preperation but GCSE Maths as well as AS Level Economics.
