I am a very approachable person and feel that it is important to ensure that the student is working in a comfortable learning environment. I am passionate about education and hope to show this passion when teaching. I get results by building the student's confidence.

My first session is free to introduce myself, find out about the student and being able to plan the long term and short term goals.

I have a sense of humour, enthusiastic, can get results and have good interpersonnel skills

Availability: I am available Tuesday day time and evenings and some Saturday mornings.

Experience: I am an ex-Headteacher and have had 24 years experience in education. I have a degree in Maths and another degree in Special needs plus a Cert of Ed in Geography. I also have a TEFL certificate and have experience in teaching to the IELTS exam.I have experience with dyslexia, dyscalculia, Autism and challenging behaviour. Inow work part-time in an FE college teaching Maths and English in Functional Skills.
