Hi, I`m Catherine, and I love Psychology and education (special needs modules, curriculums etc ). I am an ex College Lecturer, Open Learning Co-ordinator and ex Private School Teacher, educated to Doctororate level (Doctor of Education, special needs) and a member of the Royal College of Teachers with over 16 years experience in teaching and examining and researching .
Currently co writing a book on language acquisition for children and academic papers on special needs inclusion and pedagogy
I can offer anything from long term assistance for postgraduates, undergraduates, Alevels etc through to quick revision sessions leading up to exams with individual schemes of work tailored to suit student`s own needs being available if required

If you feel that you need a little extra input to achieve a good grade or would just like some general help with a particular unit or trying to hit the right level of analysis for degree level units or A levels then please feel free to give me a call or respond. I have been there and worn the t shirt!
I can also tutor trainee teachers and those needing specialist or general education modules to degree level to include psychology, curriculum, special needs, mental health, sociology, community care etc.

Availability: At present I am not available for any work A level work or postdoctoral work in special needs due to academic commitments

Experience: 18 years experience of teaching Psychology for AQA, AEB, OCR, Open learning and EdExcel. Examiner for AQA. Also experienced in tutoring for degree courses, psychology, teacher training, education, special needs assignments for 6 years and I have researched for over 16 years in various capacities for personal and professional reasons.
Currently researching and writing academic journals and book chapters on special needs, teacher training and educational psychology
