Raphael

I am a French/American cellist who just graduated from the Royal Academy of Music. I am an avid orchestral player and have played with the London Symphony Orchestra and the Britten Sinfonia. I also engage in various chamber music activities, and am a member of the Kustendyke Quartet. Finally, I regularly perform solo recitals, in the U.K, France and the United States. I love teaching music to people of all ages, and transmitting my enthusiasm for everything musical. I use a variety of creative methods to keep lessons fun and entertaining with different strategies for each age group.

I teach at home in NW1 and am also willing to give lessons at students` houses, but I charge extra fees for Oyster Card.
I live in London, and am able to teach in Zones 1 through 4.

Availability: Week-days are best, but lessons on the week-end can be arranged as well.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: I am experienced in teaching students of all ages, from young children to adult and am able to prepare students up to grade 8 exams and beyond as well as other competitions.
