A bit about me:

My name is Vaish, and I work in Business Consulting and Marketing. I support small—to medium-sized companies in growing in a competitive market. I studied Architecture at the University of Bath; however, as much as I enjoyed the learning experience, I gravitated towards more business-focused challenges.

For context, I achieved A*s in my Maths and English Lit/Lang GCSE, an A grade in my Further Maths AS Level, and an A*AA at A-Level (Maths, Economics & Art).

I have always enjoyed problem-solving. I have achieved Gold in the Junior and Intermediate Maths Challenges and received the Silver award at the Senior Level.

What to expect from my lessons?

- Unlimited Resources: I provide students with questions, answers, and past papers to improve their learning, articulation, and working methods.

- Instil confidence: Confidence is key to attaining good grades, learning with ease, and being motivated. I will be encouraging and patient.

- Organisation and time Management: Every lesson is planned thoroughly to ensure you get the most out of it, where you learn topics and techniques and can apply them to contextual questions.

Availability: I am available from 4-9pm on weekdays and any time during the weekend.

Experience: From 2017-2020 I worked for Kumon (tutoring franchise). There, I tutored Maths and English to a variety of students and at different levels (ages 5-17).

Since 2021, I have been a KS3, GCSE and A-Level tutor on MyTutor, and have thus far tutored 75 children, on the school opportunities programme.

So overall, I have been tutoring for about 7 years now!
