I was educated in Spain up to university level. I have been a private tutor for more than twenty years. My knowledge is not limited to a single subject, but a wide range of subject areas, and to a very high standard: Mathematics and Spanish but also, Biology, Physics, History and Geography to GCSE level.

My philosophy regarding teaching and education is rooted in a traditional manner, in terms of academic excellence, whereby I believe children should be motivated beyond the acquisition of knowledge but to nurture an inquisitive mind that can deal with the enormous amounts of information they are exposed to in everyday life.

Availability: Monday - Thursday. After 7pm
Friday. After 5pm
Saturday. Before 12

Depending on circumstances I am also available during the day for home schooling.

Experience: I have worked at a number of teaching positions as Mathematics teacher in the last 7 years and have tutored both Spanish and Maths for the last 15 years.

My main focus is on Secondary School Maths, but also on 11+ entry school and KS2.
