I am a qualified and experienced British and international educator with over 14 years’ experience in education. I have significant experience in a number of educational contexts, including 2 years teaching at university in China and an IB World School in, China, where I taught to IGCSE and IB. I have a degree, CELTA and extensive experience.

Experience: I have over 14 years’ experience in UK and international education and have significant experience including IGCSE and IB in Jiangsu, China, where I taught to IGCSE and IB. Also the creation and delivery of a Level 3 course for the University of Central Lancashire in their partnership project at HBU-UCLAN, Hebei, China. I successfully developed the course which encouraged a high rate of attainment. Colleagues from the UK verified the course content and level of achievement with positive feedback. I developed a programme of contextual studies e in partnership with colleagues in the UK, and developed all my own teaching aids and presentations. This was a very successful placement and students were encouraged to be competitive, original and to take risks in the development of their work. I have had my courses and teaching internally and externally verified and assessed in the UK and overseas, by British and international colleagues always with "good" as the overall mark and feedback which identifies areas as "outstanding" or "excellent" This is recorded, and I always listen to feedback and evaluate my teaching on this basis.
