Maria

I have extensive experience working with students of all ages, from 3 years to retirement, I work with beginner actors and professional actors alike. I am a Fellow of Higher Education and currently coach at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, along with being a member on their audition acting audition panel. I am a qualified performance teacher having trained at The Guildhall School of Music and Drama and am a qualified life coach accredited through the EMCC.

I graduated from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama with an MA Hons degree in Classical Acting previous to this I gained a distinction in Professional Musical Theatre from Liverpool Theatre School. I have extensive experience tutoring one to one, and delivering workshops in groups. I am an acting & drama teacher, actor, director, and choreographer and have worked on high profile projects nationally and internationally. I am very specialised in teaching actors whose native language isn’t English.

My teaching style is adapted to each individual as no two students are the same, I strive on creating personalised classes for my students. I am a great believer in encouragement as I believe that confidence is vital whilst learning, developing skills and leads to success in the exam or audition room. I thrive from watching my students grow in ability and confidence. I am very passionate about my position and love sharing the knowledge and experience I have gained during my career and education.
