I am an experienced media teacher with a passion for inclusive education. With a strong background in teaching students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges, as well as providing personalised 1-1 tutoring, Sarah has dedicated her career to empowering students to excel in the field of media studies.

Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 6pm and weekends

Experience: With over 10 years of teaching experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the diverse learning needs of her students and honed my expertise in creating engaging and differentiated lesson plans, ensuring that every student can actively participate and reach their full potential.

My specialism is Graphic and Media design, with the implementation and embedded English and working with learners across various learning difficulties, including autism spectrum disorders, dyslexia, ADHD, and speech and language impairments.


In addition to her work with SEND students, Sarah has extensive experience teaching students with SEMH challenges. She understands the importance of creating a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages emotional growth and resilience. Sarah utilizes her knowledge of therapeutic approaches to help students overcome barriers and develop crucial life skills, such as self-regulation, communication, and conflict resolution.

Sarah`s commitment to personalized education is evident in her 1-1 tutoring experience. She has worked closely with students who require extra support or have specific learning goals. Through individualized instruction, she has helped her students build confidence, strengthen their subject knowledge, and achieve remarkable academic outcomes.

I have a Bachelor`s degree in Graphic and Media Design and continuously engage in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest educational practices and technologies. As a dedicated educator, i actively seeks new ways to enhance her teaching methods and ensure that my students receive the highest quality education.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy photography, filmmaking, and exploring new media technologies.

I have successfully implemented tailored strategies and accommodations to meet the individual needs of each student, promoting their academic progress and overall well-being.
