I am competent with face to face and online tutoring specialising in improving examination grades by offering tailored tuition focusing on examination practise and the skills needed for exam success. I help improve student confidence in a kind and supportive learning environment.

Availability: Available Monday to Fridays 9am to 3pm or evenings 5pm to 8pm
Also some availability on Saturday afternoons or Sunday mornings.

Experience: With over fifteen years of employment in Secondary Education in both state and independent sectors, I have extensive and varied experience of teaching Geography across the 10-18 age range. I have run highly successful departments, led numerous field trips and gained considerable pastoral experience. Some of my significant achievements include 82% A.A for my GCSE cohort (leading one of the most successful
departments in the school) and leading a four-day residential trip to Iceland. Throughout my teaching career I have developed many transferable skills including competence in I.T., people management and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. I am highly motivated, reliable and have excellent organisational skills.
