Hi there! I’m an Academic Foundation Doctor in Kent with 6 years experience in tutoring. As a current undergraduate educator at St George’s Hospital and Maidstone Hospital, I have taught a wide variety of students and exam boards from KS1 to university level in science and medicine.
Using personalised lesson plans and regular feedback to identify your strengths and weaknesses, I aim to both improve your grades and deepen your interest and understanding in your education!
Alongside tutoring, I provide UCAT and BMAT test preparation, and proofreading services for Medicine Personal Statements for both UK students as well as international students.

Honestly such an amazing tutor! Nikhil does an excellent job of explaining concepts I struggled greatly and always took the time to be accommodating of my needs when it came to the pace of lessons. He took no time at all understanding what helped me learn and constantly interacted with me throughout. He is also really easy to contact and flexible with timings, etc.

I am a first year medical student, I hired Nik as my tutor to help me with my writing assignments as I have ADHD and dyslexia. He was very understanding of my situation and supported me throughout all my writing tasks for this academic year. Despite my schedule not being as organised as I would like it to be , he has always managed to provide me the time of the day for me to have a session with him. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Nik is very quick when it comes to understanding what a student wants from him in terms of academic teaching. He delivers his sessions in a way that suits the student. For example, I had a very tasking writing assignment, and due to my dyslexia I did not know where to begin, Nik broke down the task for me into smaller pieces, so that I can focus on one piece at a time, and discussed what is required for me to do so that I can achieve a good grade. My initial assignment without the help from Nik was a fail, and the most recent one (with the help and support from Nik ) was 2 marks away from achieving full marks.

Nikhil has been a great tutor, his resources are clear and concise, making it easy for me to understand the information given. He also made sure to go over anything I didn`t understand so there were no gaps and he asked me regular questions to keep me engaged. Would definitely recommend him, his teaching style works great for me but I also know he can adapt depending on the student`s needs.
