My name is Tori and I am a graduate of the University of Hull studying criminology and Psychology with a grade of 2:1 and am also studying Masters Criminology and Criminal Justice at The University of Leeds. I am patient, enthusiastic and adore teaching. I tutor GCSE and A - Level English as well as GCSE science and am familiar with the examination system. I tutor English Literature where I focus on Shakespeare as the majority of students find his work most difficult. Shakespearean tragedy and dramas are studied at both high school and college levels. I am familiar with many plays including Romero and Juliet; Macbeth; Othello; Hamlet as well as plenty more. Additionally, I also provide lessons on examining Seen and Unseen poetry and provide practical and strategic examination advice. Finally, I teach GCSE science - Core Biology, Chemistry and Physics, additionally, i will check and provide feedback for coursework. In my teaching methods, I will create flashcards for revision, quizzes and small essay-based tests to practise for exams as well as pictorial aids for the visual learners. Every student will have their lesson crafted for them around their learning style.
