Helena

Helena is a registered Architect the ARB and RIB with a PhD in Planning and Urban Design. She is founder and Director of A Small Studio limited, an architecture practice that works on projects in Architecture, planning and landscape with an integrated research and interdisciplinary approach to all studio projects.

Helena trained at the Bartlett, UCL and and Royal College of Art (RCA). She achieved a Merit on the RIBA Part 3 in Brighton University.

As a researcher, Helena has a PhD from the Bartlett School of Planning in Regional and urban planning studies.

In terms of teaching, Helena taught at Kingston University for 6 years in the Landscape Architecture and Urbanism postgraduate course.

As an academic, Helena is a researcher for the University of Edinburgh in a British Council funded project on Urban Innovation in Medellín, Colombia.

Fluent and native speaker in Spanish, English and conversational Dutch and French.

Availability: Wednesday-Friday 8:30am-16:00, at my studio in South London
