I hold a first-class honours degree in English Literature from Exeter University, and a Master’s degree in English Literature (Critical Theory) from Sussex University. I also have a CELTA certificate, which qualifies me to teach English to adults who are non-native speakers. Currently, I am myself completing a PhD in health geography, so I pay close attention to detail.

Availability: Any time, except for weekday mornings.

Experience: I am a reliable tutor with 8 years’ experience of tutoring English for 11+, 13+ Common Entrance, GCSE, A-level examinations, and STEP Preparation. I am an excellent communicator, and my tutorials help students to be enthusiastic about English. I have previously worked as a tutor for Fleet Tutors. I have experience of teaching classes. I worked with students in an additional leaning needs unit in Canterbury. After this, I taught English as a Foreign Language to groups of different nationalities in London.
