I am a highly ambitious, approachable and enthusiastic tutor looking to improve the skills, knowledge and progress of students, to drive them above and beyond their expected grades! Having initially struggled with the demands of A-level history, I sought help with the subject and was able to overcome the challenges and achieve fantastic results, and now I look to do the same for other students!

I hold an upper second class BA honors degree in history, having recently graduated from the University of the West of England.

My teaching style is centered on combining an innate understanding of both the historical content and the exam requirements for the students aspired grade. I aim to do this by relating the complex and tricky concepts in a manner which is easy to follow.

Ultimately, as a tutor I emphasize making the student feel valued, by providing them with an interactive and positive learning environment whereby they feel engaged and challenged each and every session!
