Currently, I am a Clinical Trials Assistant in Gastroenterology and Respiratory Medicine for Sheffield Teaching Hospitals (NHS). My work involves all aspects of clinical trial governance for patients with chronic gastrointestinal and hypertensive lung disease. I am also involved with research in stroke. In my free time I love cooking, being sociable, watching films, and vinyl DJing.

I am a friendly, optimistic and experienced scientist that has been awarded degrees in Clinical Neurology and Psychology, with knowledge that also extends to Philosophy and Ethics. I offer lessons in these subjects in addition to personal statements and university applications, as these can be notoriously difficult.

Together, these educational settings have led me to gain extensive knowledge and understanding in the scientific field at various levels of expertise. This has allowed me to develop a working ability to teach others at different stages in their learning paths, at GCSE, A Level and Degree Level.

My tutoring style is flexible and I am very happy to accommodate to the learning style of any individual. I have taught students in GCSE science that have preferred structured sessions (the goals of the lesson were planned ahead of time) and unstructured sessions (we tackled whatever came onto their minds!). It`s very important for me to create an environment that people enjoy learning in.
