Alex is an outstanding tutor who builds confidence in his students and works hard to personalise their sessions so that they meet their specific needs. Both our children look forward to their time with Alex and it has had such an impact on their progress at school.

Alex has a relaxed, informal style of teaching that immediately put my apprehensive 16 year old son at ease - that`s not to say that he is casual in his approach, far from it. He displayed a great range and depth of knowledge in his subjects and with his methodical approach soon had my son back on track and subsequently secured the exam passes in the subjects that he was entered for in this summer`s exams. Alex is a pleasant and personable young man who I would wholeheartedly recommend as a tutor.

A friendly and well organised tutor with a very structured approach to learning. Good at exam technique for both ISA/EMPAs and main unit exams.
