Information about Sue
I have a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. I am Head of Psychology at an all girls school where I teach GCSE, AS and A2 Psychology. I am fully conversant with the demands of the 11+ My degree includes 1/3 statistics/mathematical content and I have an A Level in English Lang/lit. I have also taught A Level Psychology and Sociology at a mixed school. I have qualified teacher status.
Availability: Evenings, weekends, school holidays
Willing to travel: 20 miles
Experience: Degree in Psychology and 14 years of teaching experience, 13 of which have been as a head of department. I have taught AQA specs A & B and Edexcel for A/AS Level Psychology and AQA and Edexcel GCSE Psychology. I am fully conversant with the 11+ and teach at a selective grammar school

Sue has tutored my daughter since Sept 14 and during this time her capabilities, especially in maths, have significantly increased. Sue has also helped my daughter`s self esteem and confidence and she always looks forward to her session. Sue is patient and caters the lesson to my daughter`s needs, linking it to areas she has struggled with at school. I thoroughly recommend Sue as a tutor.

Sue is great, she is very patient and kind. My son enjoys his tutoring and thinks Sue is very nice indeed. Sometimes I hear them and it sounds fun, not boring at all. Sue even takes the time to listen to my son, even though he talks about things that are not related to the work they are doing. I would highly recommend Sue.

We met Sue the other day and she was lovely. My daughter really liked her and felt relaxed with her.
She is not starting to tutor Sophie until September but I am sure she will prove to be a great tutor.
