I am a dedicated tutor for GCSE Maths and English. With years of experience and a passion for teaching, I strive to make learning both enjoyable and effective for my students. My approach is rooted in understanding each student`s unique needs and learning styles, enabling me to tailor lessons that not only improve grades but also build confidence and critical thinking skills.
In Maths, I focus on developing a strong foundation in key concepts, enhancing problem-solving abilities, and preparing students thoroughly for their exams with proven strategies and practice. For English, I emphasise comprehension, analysis, and expression, helping students to excel in both literature and language components by nurturing a deeper appreciation for reading and effective writing techniques.
Whether you`re struggling with quadratic equations or crafting persuasive essays, I provide supportive, engaging, and structured sessions that aim to unlock each student`s potential. My goal is to not only prepare students for their GCSEs but to inspire a lifelong passion for learning.

Tailored lesson plan with an easy explanation (powerpoints. whiteboard & zoom) from a wannabee barrister who is superbly professional, incredible with research to provide tailored contents for assessment topics and who cares so much for her students in following up with their level of progress whilst supporting them with a depth of positivity, drive and hard work. Elizabeth is excellent not just in her ability and skills but most importantly in her minset to drive her students to success regardless of how bad some of our sitution might be.

Fantastic tutor, my son was failing at school due to the teachers not explaining the Maths properly. Elizabeth has really helped my son achieve far better results which the school are recognising. I feel with Elizabeth’s teaching method, he will succeed in passing his GCSE. Many thanks
