I have a good understanding of the learners and their needs which come from my experiences in delivering learning and tutoring. I am naturally a people person with a friendly disposition. I have a caring attitude and use creative methods to deliver learning to students.
Availability: Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Saturdays
No Kent because I cannot drive
Willing to travel: 12 miles
Experience: I have a degree in Sociology and Anthropology. I have also successfully completed Professional Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE/DTLLS). I have also completed part of an additional qualification in delivering Maths and Functional Skills, Prior to that, I completed and passed the City & Guilds Certificate in Delivering Learning. In addition to these, I have undertaken training in Coaching and Mentoring. Earlier in my career, I trained as a teacher and and taught for three academic years in both primary and secondary schools prior to going to study sociology and anthropology at the University. I have both industrial and teaching experiences.

Gbenga has been tutoring our son now for the past 6 months and we are very pleased with the manner and professional conduct that he has towards achieving the goals set out. He is a committed and determined tutor that when certain things are not working for our son, he finds another way to tackle the issue and will not give up easily. Our son is continuing to make progress and enjoys the sessions set out. Overall we are happy to have Gbenga tutoring our son.
